Seasonal Sacred Fire

You're invited to Rekindling our Fires Seasonal Sacred Fire. The Sacred Fire is symbol of hope, healing, compassion, and is safe space to commemorate those lost to suicide.

Sacred Fire Dates
Location: 1799 4th Line, Ohsweken
(beside the Old Council House)

The Sacred Fire is lit seasonally. It is a community gathering of good minds and supportive spirits, a safe space where everyone can gather to share hopes, fears, dreams, and to show people that we care. It is a place where we share memories, pictures, poetry, lyrics, or express ourselves as we choose.

November 2015 the community gathered and constructed a lodge in Ohsweken. The 1st Sacred Fire was lit. It burned the entire weekend from Friday morning until Sunday morning. Sisters and brothers from across the Canada and the United States stood with us by the Sacred Fire and prayed for spiritual fires to be rekindled around the world.
