Location: 1799 4th Line Ohsweken

What is a Moon Ceremony?
A moon ceremony is the responsibility of the women to continue to honour and show gratitude to Grandmother Moon, the waters, and all she does for life. Girls, boys and men are welcome to attend as well. There is an opening, talking, sharing, songs, and a closing. A full moon is the strongest time to pray for assistance or change.

What do I bring to a Moon Ceremony?
Please bring a container of water, women and girls wear skirts, bring tobacco or cedar to offer for your prayers, rattles or drums if you have them, a chair and berries.
